By registering with CreditPlus, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Introduction: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Credit Plus supply chain finance platform (the “Platform”), operated by Al Rahaloon for Information Technology LLC (“Credit Plus,” “we,” “us”).
By registering or using the Platform, you (“User”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Credit Plus is not a bank or financing provider. We do not lend, guarantee financing, or provide financial, legal, or tax advice. The Platform only facilitates communication and data exchange between buyers, suppliers, and licensed financing institutions.
2. Eligibility and Authorization: You must be legally authorized to bind your company under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
You confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and kept up to date.
We may request KYC/AML documents or suspend/terminate access if required by law or to protect the Platform.
3. Data and Privacy: By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal and business data with banks, financial institutions, and service providers for financing purposes.
We take reasonable measures to protect confidentiality and security, but you acknowledge that electronic data transfer carries risks.
Records and logs generated by the Platform will be considered valid evidence of actions taken, unless proven otherwise.
4. Role of Credit Plus: The Platform acts only as a facilitator for invoice submission, review, and communication.
Financing decisions are made solely by banks or financial institutions.
Credit Plus does not guarantee, arrange, or commit to financing.
5. User Responsibilities:
A. Buyers: Must provide accurate information, review invoices promptly, and invite suppliers in good faith.
B. Suppliers: Must submit genuine and accurate invoices, free from disputes or duplication, and accept that invoices may be shared with banks for evaluation.
C. All Users: Are responsible for the accuracy of their data and compliance with applicable laws (tax, AML, data protection).
6. Disclaimer of Liability: Credit Plus is not responsible for financing outcomes, delays, declined requests, or disputes between buyers, suppliers, and banks.
We shall not be liable for any financial loss, data breach, indirect damages, or claims arising from use of the Platform.
Users bear all risks related to use of the Platform and must seek independent advice before entering financing arrangements.
7. Suspension and Termination: We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or if required by law.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Courts of Amman (Palace of Justice) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Amendments: We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on the Platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
